LIFEWAY @ ELIM
Worldview Monday nights during term time Cost: Upon application at Equip Office
Students will be able to describe the development of Christianity and other religions in Bible times, looking at its impact on our worldview currently, that of the early church and how it shapes our ethics.
At the end of this module, students are expected to be able to: understand the different major world religions and their value and belief systems; understand and discuss the Christian value and belief system; understand and discuss their own personal values and beliefs system.

Evangelism Monday nights during term time
This module will cover different evangelism
techniques both historic and contemporary; we will look at the importance of spiritual gifts and its impact on evangelism. The module will also look at the development of evangelism and its key
principles together with the skills to be able to
administer, organise and facilitate a Christian event/outreach through or with secular community officials.
Cost upon application depending on NZQA or for interest only. Please enquire at the Church Office.

MAINLY MUSIC
A fun, active playgroup with a 30min music and rhyme session. Great for making new friends, having fun, and learning english. For parents and caregivers of children aged birth-5yrs.
Operates during school term.

An interactive, bible based discipleship course for all new believers.

ALPHA
What is the purpose for my life…? Is there a God…? What about all the suffering in the world…?
Over 14 million people worldwide have attended an Alpha course. It is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life and the Christian faith in a relaxed setting over 12 thought provoking sessions. Here is your chance to ask the questions about life and faith you have always wanted answers to.

A one day retreat for those who have previously attended the Cleansing Stream Course and retreat.

Orphan Heart- contrasts the lifestyle of a child of God with that of an orphan.
Victim Spirit- looks at the attitude we have to adverse circumstances.

Prepare/Enrich
Prepare/Enrich is an assessment that couples complete online to identify their strengths, and their areas of growth. Based on the results a trained facilitator provides 4-8 customised feedback sessions, helping the couple to understand and discuss their results and to learn relationship skills.

The Healing Rooms are a place to receive private personal prayer for healing.
A small team will provide about 20 minutes of prayer and encouragement. We have seen hundreds helped since we started in 2007. Healing is available for your body, soul and spirit.
