Last weekend’s Replenish Conference is one of our annual highlights, this year featuring Christine Pringle from C3 Sydney. Christine is a great communicator and along with Rebecca Green there was fantastic ministry. Christine’s husband Phil is one of the great church leaders in the world today.
The Replenish Award winner was Sonia Darlington (nee Hutchinson). Sonia and her mum and dad have been with us from our very first service. Her dad Robert was our first worship leader and has now passed away, and mum Fiona is part of the furniture here. Marilyn and I have watched Sonia and Jess face amazing obstacles with the health of their children, Sonia’s loss of her sister and then her dad, yet they have never wavered in their faith and have always had a great attitude to life. I can’t think of anyone who deserved the Replenish Award more.

We are spoilt with great ministry from our ladies with Nancy Beach, an outstanding teaching pastor from Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago, speaking on Sunday morning. Nancy is in NZ to speak at a Willow Creek Conference for ladies called ‘Gifted to Lead’. We are hosting this in our church on Saturday.  It is not too late to register ladies!
